At Neighbourhood Heroes, we’re committed to serving as many Edmonton neighbours as possible—making the most of every available hour each day. Our service schedule is designed around two guiding principles: maximizing our ability to care for your property and always being respectful of your community, noise bylaws, and your unique preferences.

When You’ll See Us

For most services, you can expect us anytime from sunrise until sunset or during all bylaw-permitted hours. We often begin quiet applications at first light, taking advantage of the calm morning conditions. These services cause minimal disruption and let us get a jumpstart before most of the city wakes up. As the day draws on—especially during Edmonton’s long summer evenings—you may see us working right up until sunset, since the best results depend on having enough daylight to do a thorough job. We never conduct late-night or overnight service for residential homes. 

Machines and Noise Consideration 

Machine-powered services like lawn mowing and aeration require a little extra thought. We’re proud to use the highest quality electric equipment wherever possible, letting us operate more quietly and with greater flexibility. Still, just like any good neighbour, our team won’t be mowing at 9 pm on a Sunday—or late into the night on any day. Respect and courtesy are at the heart of our approach.
