Our refund policy is as transparent as our service. No holding your money hostage, and no complicated forms or hoops to jump through. All it takes is a message or a call to let us know you’d like a refund. That’s it. We’ll handle the rest.
How Our Refunds Work
1. We immediately process your refund to the card you used for payment.
- Because we almost never accept cash, cash refunds are rare—but in those cases, we’ll work it out together.
2. You’ll get a confirmation from us, and you can typically expect to see your refund within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
- If for any reason, your refund doesn’t appear in that timeframe, just reach back out. We’ll jump in and work with the bank on your behalf. We never leave our neighbours with a “we already issued it” response—we see it through all the way.
