For this reason, we offer a special Priority Listing for snow removal, tailored to those who rely on timely access after a snowfall.

How Priority Listing Works

Being on our Priority Listing means your home is one of the very first on our route after each snow event, regardless of which Edmonton neighbourhood you call home. While we’re committed to early clearing, local noise bylaws and respect for our community mean we can’t always promise finishes before 8 am. However, you can count on being among the first properties cleared once operations begin.

Fairness and Access: Spots Are Limited, Never Auctioned

To ensure real value and reliability for everyone on the list, Priority Listing spots are strictly limited each snow season. These are available on a true first-come, first-served basis. To guarantee fairness: 

  1. Priority spots do not roll over to the next season—each winter is a fresh start.
  2. Once a spot is reserved, it remains locked for that season unless relinquished by the neighbour.
  3. There is no bidding or “auction” for spots; everyone has an equal opportunity to sign up each year.

Our approach protects the experience for those on the Priority Listing. By capping the number of spots, we ensure every listed property truly receives the expedited, dependable clearing they require—without cutting corners or spreading our heroes too thin.
