For us, a “full season” is one of two halves of the year, separated by our off-season. 

Lawn Care Season: April 15th to October 15th 

Snow Removal Season: November 15th to March 15th

Lawn Care Package Tiers

1. Healthy Greens (Base Tier)

Our most affordable option, Healthy Greens, is the perfect entry point for neighbours looking to eliminate weeds and build a resilient, healthy lawn, all for an upfront, all-in-one payment. This package includes unlimited applications at no extra charge, backed by free service calls for worry-free care. 

2. Beautiful Greens (Standard Tier)

Beautiful Greens is our standard package, offered as a one-time, all-inclusive payment that protects and beautifies your property for the entire lawn care season.

This option is more comprehensive than the Healthy Greens, delivering enhanced coverage for weed control and fertilization, our vegetation control, an annual spring seeding & aeration and a power-edging visit to start the season, plus, it also comes with unlimited service calls for applications at no additional cost.

3. Paradise Greens (All-Inclusive Subscription)

For those who demand the absolute best in lushness and convenience, Paradise Greens is a month-to-month subscription with no contracts. Designed to include a spring tailored lawn mowing visit and weekly mowing, this package adds flexibility to your routine and your payment.

Pay by the month and enjoy the peace of mind that comes from never needing to commit to a full season up front. Paradise Greens includes everything: weekly mowing, monthly fertilization and weed control, plus all the premium extras you expect.

Please note: A minimum commitment of two months is required for the Paradise Greens package. This ensures a fair balance, as the first month of Paradise Greens delivers an especially high value of included services.

Flexible Mowing Subscriptions

We also offer monthly subscriptions for both weekly and bi-weekly mowing, so you only pay for the care your lawn actually needs. 

Weekly Mowing:

Lower cost per visit since we keep your lawn consistently maintained, resulting in quicker, easier service with less labour and energy used.

Bi-Weekly Mowing:

While the monthly bill is lower, each visit costs more. When grass is longer or thicker, extra time and resources are needed, so the per-cut pricing reflects the extra effort required.

No matter your frequency, you get predictable monthly billing, and you’ll always benefit from our fully electric equipment and environmentally-friendly approach.

Snow Removal Package Tiers

Just like our mowing options, snow removal with Neighbourhood Heroes is designed for flexibility and convenience. We offer snow clearing exclusively as a monthly subscription, so there’s no up-front seasonal fee—you’re only billed for the cycles you need, and you can cancel anytime without penalties. 

1. Essential Removals (Base Tier)

The Essential Removals package is our most popular choice for standard homes. It covers all bylaw-required areas, ensuring your front entrance (right up to the door) and driveway are clear and safe all winter long. With electric equipment and unlimited visits, you’re covered for every snowfall—no hassle, no fuss.

2. Pristine Removals (Premium Tier)

If your property has a rear laned garage or requires service for multiple access points, the Pristine Removals package is your best fit. This expanded coverage option includes both the front of the home and the rear garage, as well as any extra walkways or functional areas that may need attention. Pristine Removals is priced higher than Essentials since it covers the added areas and overtime needed to move around or through your property, including gates and pathways.

Both packages are built for reliable, consistent snow removal, so you can enjoy a safer, more accessible property all season. As always, our fully electric fleet means every visit is quiet, efficient, and eco-friendly.
