While most homes fit into our flat-rate pricing chart (helping us keep rates low for most neighbours), sometimes a property just needs a little extra care or a unique solution. That’s where our custom quoting process comes in.

When Is a Custom Quote Needed?

Most neighbours enjoy our residential flat rates, but there are times when a standard package might not cover everything. If your property is larger than 2,500 Sqft. of service area for lawncare or it is a Corner lot (or more than 2,000 Sqft. of Pavement) for snow removal, then you'll need a custom quote. 

Simply reach out to us to request a quote for your job. We’re always ready to provide a fair, transparent custom quote, and typically, you'll receive your quote within 24 hrs.

Some of the most common situations:

Corner Lot Snow Removal: 

Corner lots mean more pavement to clear. The extra time and attention aren’t included in our standard flat rates, so we encourage neighbours on corners to request a custom quote.

Large Lawns:

If your property is over 2,500 square feet of service area, we’ll need to tailor the package to account for more product, time, and effort required to give you the same great results. You’ll never pay an unfair penalty for having a bigger space, just a fair adjustment based on our standard pricing formula.

Businesses, Multi-Unit, and Large Complexes:

Commercial properties, multi-family homes, and other big spaces are always welcome to request custom quotes. We may even be able to include services not listed on our website for unique needs.

4. Flexible Offerings: If you’ve got a special project or a bigger idea that isn’t listed, feel free to ask. While we can’t promise to take on every project, we promise to consider all requests, big or small, with the same neighbourly spirit.

5. Price-Matching: When you receive a quote from Neighbourhood Heroes, we know you may be comparing options to find the right balance of value, quality, and price. If you find a written or digital quote for the same services at a lower rate after receiving ours, simply share it with us. We’re happy to review your quote, re-evaluate our pricing, and do our best to provide trustworthy, affordable lawn care that fits your needs.
